• Upon contacting us we will arrange a time for a phone interview with you to determine your needs and see if there is a good fit with our expertise and resources.
• If desired, we will arrange for a personal meeting to get acquainted and further understand the scope of your needs, and the fit with iIMS.
• iIMS will then create an Executive Summary of strategies, objectives and deliverables in writing.
• At that point, if you choose to hire us, we will create a detailed proposal for you and negotiate a cost for services at the same time. iIMS has a very open and simple fee structure and we will be pleased to share it with you anytime in the process of inquiry. 
• Once contracted, we start to attack challenges and create management solutions together!
