DARREN M. O'HERN

Darren has worked in international educational contexts and higher education for over fifteen years. He has worked with Iraqi professors and higher education administrators on student advisement and study abroad opportunities. Darren also has experience teaching and working in community education in east and southern Africa and has traveled extensively throughout the African continent. Darren has taught at the undergraduate level and has performed numerous functions in colleges and universities, including administrative support, student services, academic extension and outreach, and editorial services. He has published book chapters and articles on education and international development in China and Kenya. Darren received has a Ph.D. in Social and Philosophical Foundations of Education from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
