JAMES HUBBARD
James Hubbard is an educational leadership professional with almost 20 years working in education. James is currently the Headmaster of New Covenant Christian School and Partner of "it" International Management Solutions, LLC (iIMS) and former Assistant Vice President for Strategic Initiatives at Kutztown University in Pennsylvania.
James has worked in a variety of senior level positions with experience working in enrollment management, online programming/ distance education, career services, continuing education, international recruitment, marketing, and initiative implementation. With a history in academics and internationalization James is a change agent with insight, vision and enthusiasm necessary to get the job done and inspire businesses and educational institutions to impressive results. Currently, James is leading a time of growth and strategic development at New Covenant Christian School. In 2006, James was able to lead a team to open the first U.S. university marketing office in Chennai, India. Cultural understanding and sensitivity is vital to his accomplishments and future goals. Having been born in England, living in the USA and having worked extensively with other cultures like India, Thailand, Malaysia, Germany, Indonesia, and China, James has earned trust and respect from colleagues and clients alike.
James believes life is about people and his goal is to be a person who facilitates positive change in the local and global community. James graduated from Messiah College, PA with a BA in Exercise Science and later with an MA in Administration in Higher Education from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel) in Maryland. He currently resides in Jonestown, Pa, with his wife and two children.
